01 // GLOBAL EXPRESS DISPATCH
All Toketsu garments are packed in custom branded anti-static packaging and dispatched with tracked express couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, and BlueDart). Orders placed before 2:00 PM JST ship on the same business day.
02 // 14-DAY SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that street silhouettes and oversized drapes vary. If your tee does not fit exactly how you envisioned, we provide 14 days from delivery to initiate a free size exchange.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, and retain original Toketsu hangtags.
- Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving the original item.
- Defective or transit-damaged items receive immediate complimentary replacement.
03 // 240+ GSM FABRIC & PRINT INTEGRITY
Unlike cheap merch printed on standard 160 GSM commercial blanks, all Toketsu tees are custom knitted from 240+ GSM French terry combed cotton. Each roll of cotton undergoes an enzyme bio-wash that pre-shrinks the fabric, guaranteeing zero post-wash shrinkage.
04 // WASH & MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL
• Wash inside out in cold water (≤ 30°C)
• Hang dry in shade to preserve deep black fabric tones
• Use mild detergent
• Do not tumble dry on high heat
• Do not iron directly over puff or foil print graphics
• Avoid chlorine bleach
